Helms & Sons Construction (HCI) has proudly been serving Findlay, Ohio since 2014. In the midst of the worldwide pandemic, the demand for healthcare construction is rising. Owners of hospitals and other healthcare facilities desire to meet federal, state, and municipal construction regulations. HCI’s general superintendent, Ty Treft, has put in extra efforts to become certified in Pre-Construction Risk Assessment/Infection Control Risk Assessment (PCRA/ICRA) by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The PCRA/ICRA qualification formally certifies an individual to recognize potential risks in healthcare construction and to form strategies to eliminate, or control, the risk. HCI completed several
projects successfully with the Blanchard Valley Health System, all were renovations or additions of actively operating medical facilities including the Armes Family Cancer Center Addition in Findlay, Ohio. HCI strives to provide the best quality to protect companies, customers, and the general public’s health and safety.
